Sarkari Mock Test is NOT affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any Government organization, agency, department, or exam conducting authority, including but not limited to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), National Testing Agency (NTA), Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), State Public Service Commissions (BPSC, UPPSC, JPSC, etc.), or Central/State Police recruitment boards.

All exam notifications, dates, syllabi, and official updates provided within the app or website are collated for informational purposes from public government notifications available at official portals:

Information We Collect

  • Device & Notification Data: FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) device notification token strictly used for delivering exam schedule updates and mock test notifications. We do NOT collect Advertising ID (AAID), GPS location, contacts, or biometric data.
  • Usage & Log Data: Basic technical logs such as IP address, operating system, and API response timestamps required for server stability and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for educational services:

  • To provide, personalize, and synchronize mock tests, quizzes, and All-India rank leaderboards.
  • To authenticate your identity securely across devices using JWT and verified Google OAuth 2.0.
  • To send timely notifications regarding upcoming mock tests and national exam dates (you can disable notifications anytime in Android Settings).
  • To maintain account security and prevent fraudulent multiple submissions.
  • We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

We respect your right to control your personal information. You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

  • In-App Deletion: Inside the Sarkari Mock Test Android application, navigate to Profile & Settings, tap Delete Account & Data, and confirm your request.
  • Web Deletion Portal (No app install required): You can submit a deletion request anytime through our official public web portal at https://sarkarimocktest.com/delete-account.php.

Upon submitting an account deletion request, your authentication sessions will be immediately terminated, and your personal identifiers (name, email, phone) will be permanently anonymized or erased from our production databases within 24 to 48 hours.

Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our Android application utilizes a minimal set of verified SDKs:

  • Google Play Services / Google Sign-In: For secure OAuth authentication without exposing passwords.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): For real-time educational alerts and exam schedule push notifications.

Security of Your Information

We enforce strict HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3) across all client-server communications and employ secure hashed storage. Authentication tokens are securely held on your device using encrypted storage.
